GE358-A分丝整经机是适用于母丝（涤纶、锦纶等）原料的高性能整经机。单股母丝由若干根单丝组成，该机可大大节约客户的原料 成本，节约生产场地和提高生产率。

该机主要由纱架、导纱装置、后牵伸罗拉、张力辍、分丝集束板、前牵伸罗拉、车头组成。

每股母丝都单独有一只力矩电机给予一定的初始张力，后牵伸罗拉从纱架上牵出母丝；通过若干道张力银保持一定的张力。通过分丝 集束板进行分丝；前牵伸罗拉对分丝后的单丝进行牵伸并控制平衡力。最终由车头进行恒线速收卷。

整个整经过程线速度恒定，张力可控、波动小。
